Introduction
To create a product or service that is tailored to our case owner we need to understand who he is. Firstly to understand his expectations and requirements and secondly to understand what he wants on a more human level. The best way to do this is through interviews. This way we are gaining insight into his life and we can find avenues where we can introduce new ideas and solutions.

introduction: Expectations and past experiences with the project
background: Discussing his personal background such as employment and personal circumstances
lifestyle: Discussing daily tasks such as cooking and other aspects where he requires special attention.
hobbies and work: Discussing hobbies and past employment

Key findings
During this interview we learned a lot about the background of Joe and how he handles things in daily life. Such as the solutions he uses. For example, for communication he uses a braille line connected to his laptop, he can also look at websites with his laptop by means of a voice which talks out loud. During traveling he uses a stick to maneuver in unknown places, but in known places he also takes his stick with him to show other people he is blind. He has quite a good orientation so he remembers the map easily and fast. He really likes to travel by train because of the experience it gives by the movements and vibrations. Joe has even walked on the great wall of china during a buddy travel trip organized by a special agency. In the past he cooked on his own but nowadays he finds it too much work so he eats in a little restaurant most of the time. Joe is still very active in his daily life, he goes
